Shipping 

Overnight Auckland Delivery - $9.95 (Next business day delivery for orders placed by 4pm, Monday - Friday.) Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays may be shipped the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. However, we always do our best to send any ASAP gifts on the same day they are ordered.

Overnight Delivery Rest of NZ - $12.95 (Next business day delivery for orders placed by 4pm, Monday - Friday.) Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays may be shipped the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. However, we always do our best to send any ASAP gifts on the same day they are ordered.

Saturday delivery - $15.95 (Orders need to be placed by 4pm on Fridays)

Rural Addresses - $17.99 (1-3 days) 

Need more than one gift or want to add a few extra goodies to your order for yourself? We have combined shipping for up to 2 boxes to the same address :) For 3+ boxes we will always deliver these at no extra delivery cost where possible, however for some locations an extra delivery fee may apply. (We will contact you if this is the case.)

Our preferred courier is NZ Post and you'll automatically be sent a unique code via email so you can track the delivery of your gift box. Please ensure you provide an email address with your order, if you wish to receive the tracking link as these cannot be sent via SMS text messages.  We do not require signatures for Epic Kids deliveries. We use NZ Post's premium service, occasionally there can be delays within the NZ Post network which are outside of our control, as such delivery dates aren't able to be guaranteed.

Our couriers do not collect or deliver on Public Holidays, so we are unfortunately unable to process orders or request delivery on these dates.
