Are all your toys authentic brands?

Absolutely! We only use genuine brands in our Epic Kids gift boxes.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is Auckland - $5.99 and Rest of NZ - $7.95 for next business day delivery for orders placed by 3pm. (Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.)

Saturday delivery is $12.95 and orders need to be placed by 10am on Fridays.

Rural delivery addresses - $14.99. Rural delivery can take a little longer than standard shipping.

Need more than one gift or want to add a few extra goodies to your order for yourself? We have combined shipping for up to 3 boxes to the same address :)

Our preferred courier is NZ Post and you'll automatically be sent a unique code via email so you can track the delivery of your gift box.  We do not require signatures for Epic Kids deliveries. We use NZ Post's premium overnight service, occasionally there can be delays within the NZ Post network which are outside of our control.

Our couriers do not deliver on Public Holidays, so we are unfortunately unable to deliver on these dates.

Is my Epic Kids gift box delivery tracked?

Yes, you will be emailed a tracking link as soon as your box is dispatched and you can check progress on our delivery portal.

Do you have vegan/gluten free/dairy free/sugar free gift box options?

Yes we do! Please pop a note in the comments section and we can make any gift box vegan/gluten, sugar or dairy free :) 

Can I buy individual items?

Yes you can! 

Can you make party favour gift boxes?

Yes we can, please contact us at hello@epickids.co.nz with the number of boxes, budget per box and any theme information.

Do you do custom gift boxes for kids?

Yes we can :) We have access to a wide range of toys, books and activities, so if you have a special request (and even if you can't see it on our website), please email us at hello@epickids.co.nz and we'll do our best to create a custom kids gift box for you.
